A Song Inspired by the Emperor

Respected San Francisco singer-songwriter and guitarist Chuck Prophet has been a public champion of this effort to name the Bay Bridge for Emperor Norton.

So I was sorry to be unable to make it to one of Prophet's two Hardly Strictly (Bluegrass Festival) "after party" shows here in San Francisco this weekend.

Here's an aptly titled song from Prophet's 2012 album, "Temple Beautiful."
